This is a great cream to use for hot flashes, night sweats and just overall menopause symptoms. One thing I would discourage you to do is switch creams. I have used different ones, while they all seem to work relatively well, it takes me about a month between switching creams to get back to a comfortable level again. Another suggestion is for you to use the cream for at least a month before giving up, it does take a while before you start feeling its effects, however I promise you, once it does, you won't want to stop!!! I love this cream, it has made a huge difference for me.

I love the entire Wild Blueberry line; every product is fantastic. The Oil is my last step in my nighttime skincare routine. Just a few drops are all you need and it spreads so smoothly on my skin. I love how it seals in the moisturizer and adds another level of nourishment. I never wake up with a greasy face, just really soft and plumped skin!
