Where are your products made?
All of our products are manufactured in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Where do your products ship from?
All of our products ship from our manufacturing facilities in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
How fast is shipping?
Shipping is dependent upon your zip code and shipping service. We usually ship via USPS. First class is 3 to 4 business days and priority mail is 2 to 3 business days. We offer free priority mail shipping with purchases of $60 or more.
Do you deliver outside the US?
Unfortunately, no we do not.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be satisfied with your order. To return a purchase, please email our customer service with your specific request within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. Refund for items returned within 7 days of purchase will be credited in the same form as the original payment. Shipping fees for returned packages are non-refundable.
If a product is authorized to be returned, a prepaid shipping label will be provided, but a $5.00 shipping cost to return the product will be deducted from the refund. Product will be inspected prior to issuing a refund.
You may also choose store credit. We will gladly replace any damaged or defective product. Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or defective product.
What is the shelf life of your products?
The shelf life can be found in the little jar symbol on most of our products.

Do you have anything for men?
Most of our products are formulated for both men and women.
What do you use for packaging?
All of our products are packaged in glass jars. Our clear glass jars are packaged in a display box as well. All of our packaging is eco-friendly and can be recycled.
Are your products pregnancy safe?
We recommend consulting with your healthcare practitioner before using any herbal products, especially while pregnant or nursing, or on any medications.
All of our products are made with ingredients which are food-grade, non-toxic and most of our ingredients are USDA certified organic. Our Belly & Vaginal Balm is formulated for pregnant women. We do not recommend the use of our Wild Yam Root Cream during pregnancy, but all of our other products are safe to use.
