Where am I able to use Wild Yam Root Cream?

Our wild yam root cream is designed to be applied externally on a soft tissue, such as wrist, inner thigh, or abdomen. You can apply the cream other places, externally, as well, but it will be most effective when applied on soft tissue. 

How much Wild Yam Root Cream do I use?

For PMS: apply ½ to 1 teaspoon of cream to a soft tissue area of the body (wrist, inner thigh, or abdomen) once daily from ovulation through the end of menstruation. 

For Menopause: apply ½ to 1 teaspoon of cream to a soft tissue area of the body (wrist, inner thigh, or abdomen) once or twice daily, monitoring symptoms.

For maximum absorption, always rotate application sites weekly.

How often should I use Wild Yam Root Cream?

Daily use is recommended for the best results

What if I miss a day?

There are no side effects if an application is missed. Just start back up when you remember.

Can men use Wild Yam Root Cream?

Yes, but we recommend using a ¼ of a teaspoon instead of ½ of a teaspoon.

Is Wild Yam Root Cream safe to use if I’m trying to conceive, pregnant, or breastfeeding?

We use the entire root in our wild yam root cream. We also make our wild yam root extract in house.

What type of wild yam root is used?

Our wild yam root cream uses the Dioscorea Villosa yam root. The wild yam root we use is grown and harvested in the US and is USDA certified organic, Non-GMO, and Kosher.

How soon will I feel the effects?

Each individual will experience different results and effects on different timelines. We recommend consistent use over time for best results.

 Does the Wild Yam Root Cream have a strong or perfume scent?

No, but there is a subtle natural, earthy scent from the botanicals used.
